Hi, I'm Sean, and I help individuals live the life they desire by sharing mindfulness, somatic, and psychological tools that help cultivate safety, fulfillment, freedom, and wellbeing.

Through cultivating a space of safety and developing radical self awareness, we work together to get clear on the habitual behaviors that stand in your way and build new behaviors that are in alignment with your authentic desires.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING...

For the majority of my life I have had a hair trigger temper. Emotions ruled my decision making and all too much it was shoot first and ask questions later. That has all changed in the last six months due to me getting involved with Sean and his Mindfulness Workshops. Sean's diligence to listening and expressing sympathy, as a coach, has propelled me to positive self reflection and perhaps, for the first time in my life, I am allowing myself a bit of grace. It's nice to be in a place where I can be mindful of my emotions, but not ruled by them. Sean's Mindfulness Workshop has given me the tools to acknowledge my emotions, but not to be ruled by them; this has been life changing.
